Gerald, I have not read the document, but if there is a floor, then this floor will serve as a natural support. Is their a ceiling? Often in situations like that the convertible holders will short above the ceiling and then cover when it come back down toward the ceiling. There is also a question of how much dilution can occur with the convertible, if the issue is large relative to the market capitalization of the company, then the impact will be greater. If the issue is relatively small, the impact will be minimal, IMHO.
