mile,
dell stockpiles ok, just not the way you think. they have bins or warehouses where they have suppliers stockpile product. probably even charge rent. dell does not pay for anything until it goes to the assembly line. it is not as though they only have 2 days worth of product on hand. i bet the samsung bins at dell plants are filling with rdram now.
