Yeah, it's common practice to file suit THEN look for participants in the action. If LeRACK is really only taking 1/3, I'm sure he's also asking for "expenses". I've seen Personal Injury cases where the lawyer took "only" 33%, BUT he also asked for "costs and expenses". AYE, There's the rub! Faxes, long distance calls, $200-400 (more?) an hour for phone consultations....You can see how he can get his 50% ONE way or the OTHER. He'd probably charge you for wipin' his ass in the morning. Charge you for "paperwork".
