Hi Kerry, You are right about getting lied to. I spent considerable time on the phone with 2 different officers, a VP and the good DR. This deal caught many investors including yours truly, with their pants down. I just take the occasional one of these with a grain of salt and consider them a price of doing business in this arena. It isn't a price I feel we should have to pay but the cost is there none-the-less. I hope everyone here wasn't burned beyond repair on this one. Take care.. MH
