And if PC133 has roughly 12-18 month life, we are looking at Rambus becoming meaningful, at the earliest, in H2 Yr 2000 - probably with Timna's introduction. Do you agree?

There are two sides to the DRDRAM story. I agree that PC motherboards won't see a lot of DRDRAM until next year, but there are other applications like graphics cards and game machines which will use it much sooner.

I consider DRDRAM to be a very compelling technology for applications which require high bandwidth through multiple channels. PC motherboards definitely don't fit into this category however.
