Kevin, Since all your friends seem to have left this board, and Pluvia is nowhere to be seen, I'll ask you this question: Why did SBTK's auditors reaffirm their past SBTK audits just a few days ago: 10-kwizard.com After all those nasty allegations from Pluvia/Milberg, the auditors must have investigated them. Yet they are standing by their numbers! The short case is dead, there will be no auditor resignation, no trading halt. The Pluvia/Milberg Weiss lawsuit is a loser, as is anyone who listened to that dynamic duo and shorted SBTK. Don't be the last short to cover. mod
