Talked w/ JSS at ANYI today :) Only 1 MM still, paperwork is sitting 'on the desk of the most ignorant man' at NASD/NASDAQ. He is a "It sits on my desk for a week, then I process it" type guy. Also NASD FORCED THIS THING TO OPEN AT $6.00 That was the MANDATED price that ANYI had to open the trading at. (PS: this forced CBAY to sell shares short at $6.00). In an era of federal deregulation, it just great having the good guys at NASD protecting me, a poor, dump, helpless investors from my dumb self. bureaucrat! Sitra had more to say, but you get the gist above. Also said they will keep officially quiet until the market forms. He also blasted CBAY over the $10.00 spread, that's why we are around $3.00 now. Once the market is established, he has many new announcements, including a forward split (which, I must admit, I prediced would never happen. OOPS) They are looking at other companies to bring public, just like BANY did for ANYI. This one is a no-brainer HOME-RUN for true investors. ... david ...
