I get the general idea of what's going on. The technical stuff leaves me thrumming my lips. Too bad someone at Nasdaq couldn't lay it out nice and plain so everyone could understand.

I'm pretty satisfied, though, that it's not an MB or Townsend problem.

Level 1 (A-Z) 98 kbps
NQDS (A-E) 90 kbps
NQDS (F-N) 90 kbps

NQDS (O-Z) 90 kbps
NTDS (A-J) 72 kbps
NTDS (K-Z) 72 kbps
Total 512 kbps


Does this chart mean for instance that the level 1 data for all the stocks in the Nasdaq Universe can fit within 98 kbps? That seems pretty amazing.
