I kind of doubt that list is a joke. I think it's real and SI didn't want it to be released. Anthony@Pacific admitted to being on the list and Wexler wouldn't have tried to divert attention to an unrelated subject if he wasn't on the list. SI also deleted the original copy of that message. While there are many reasons why one can receive a subpoena, I sure wouldn't want my name on that list.

To Bill Wexler: You asked what that list has to do with your unsubstantiated allegations of stock fraud. I'm sure you can answer that question better than anyone else here.
