NEWS RELEASE - This has been on other chat forums today. Vescan in negotiations with high technology company News Release - July 19, 1999 Vescan Equities Inc. VCAN (CDN) Mr. Kent Jacobson, V.P., reports that Vescan Equities Inc. is currently negotiating a contract with a high technology company for the purpose of manufacture and sales of an existing product line, plus research and development of further cutting-edge technologies. This initiative is in keeping with the Board's decision to move the company in a new direction, seeking real value for both existing and new shareholders. An announcement is expected shortly.
