IBM Corporation RS/6000 Notebook 860 (166mhz 603e) 3.94

hmmm...the IBM *notebook* running at 166mhz has 3/4 the SpecInt95 of the Dell desktop. Now linearly extrapolating (which is as bogus as not comparing the actual systems, so spare me), gives us a SpecInt of 5.7.
