Of course Anthony is on the list. That is plain to see (while the list lasts). His point is that in his line of work, the people he works against are the kind that will do literally anything, including filing BS lawsuits, to attempt to confuse matters. So it's understandable that he might give the list some credence, at first glance.

Edit: I see you answered my second question. Though I have to wonder at this point if one could say anything so ridiculous that you won't attempt to rationalize it, so long as it is negative about Bill Wexler.
