Coby, What do you think all that Chinese money given to Clinton bought? Not only MFN. We have been had. And with both ends of the Panama Canal soon to be under Chinese control our Navy has been cut in half. Also the Neutron Bomb neutralizes the use of Naval power anyway. But what the heck, the DOW is up and our prez has great hair.<g>not JBW
