Mr. Tyrone Docherty reports
The Ministry of Energy and Mines has recently notified the company that its mining permit under Section 10 of the Mines Act has been amended. The allowable tonnage has been increased from the previous 25,000 tonnes per year to the new level of 75,000 tonnes per year.
In response to enquiries regarding the price of the exchange offering prospectus, the price per unit has yet to be finalized, but, as per Section B3-27 of the Vancouver Stock Exchange Policy and Procedures Manual, the minimum price of all unit offerings is 40 cents per unit.
In addition, the company has recently received several requests for testing of its various products from companies in both North America and Europe. These unsolicited requests are affirmation that there is a wide range of interest in our products. The company is confident that once its marketing plan is fully implemented, our unique products will achieve market acceptance.
