No, Cheeky posted to the right thread: Y2K Impact on Stock Market & Society. Ratcliffe's comments, in fact, represent the majority feelings in the high tech community. Just because he doesn't buy your beliefs doesn't mean it should not be on a thread devoted to evaluating--for better or worse--the impacts of Y2K on the market and on society. It's a piece of data that, whether you accept it or not, enriches the debate.
