Quantum3D is in charge of creating the boards that go into the arcade machines. They also provide manufacturer support for the boards. Midway and Atari both are users of 3dfx chips in their 3d games. I don't know of any other arcade manufacturers that use the chips, but compared to PC video cards, the arcade machines are a low volume market
