The company was crated for the purpose of developing and commercializing the drug ANTICORT. ANTICORT is a drug the reduces the level of the hormone cortisol in the body.
Cortisol/anti-cortisol concept is simple. Many deadly medical conditions, including AIDS, cancer, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, Lou Gehrig's disease, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's and even aging all have one thing in common... The presence of large amounts of the hormone cortisol.
In 1984, Dr Sapse (President, CEO, founder of STGI) released his research into cortisol. Prior to that date high cortisol levels were thought to be the result of those diseases, but Dr Sapse's research proved that the reverse is true. High levels of cortisol is the cause, or major cause of many diseases. In addition, the negative effects of many other diseases are increased due to high levels of cortisol. For example, high levels of cortisol is the main killer in AIDS. All of the symptoms and diseases associated with AIDS can be induced by cortisol alone.
Interestingly enough, ANTICORT is derived from procaine HCL. Procaine HCL is used by dentists to numb areas of your mouth. In Romania, people would go through procaine HCL treatments for any number of diseases. The treatments will be constant injections for a few days.
The reason that they had to do the constant injections is that procaine only lasts about a 1/2 hour in the body. Good for you and your dentist, but bad for cortisol treatments. ANTICORT lasts about a day in the body.
On the AIDS front, STGI has completed a pilot clinical in Brazil. The doctor is careful to mention that the study is a flawed open clinical study. But, the pilot clinical showed some amazing results on the mortality of AIDS. In that area of the world the mortality rate is 60% even with AZT treatment. Mortality rates for AZT, DDI, DDC, and ANTICORT are 33%. Mortality rates for ANTICORT alone are 4%. The results of that pilot clinical were presented at the 11th International Conference on AIDS in Vancouver in 1996.
Another thing, A number of scientist have used the drug RU-486 in anti-cortisol studies. RU-486 also, among other things, reduces the level of cortisol in the body. They are considering RU-486 as an AIDS treatment.
Another bonus with ANTICORT is that it is cheap. AIDS treatments are estimated at $80/month. |
