I have not seen anything stating any preference allowing JDX stockholders to get in on the IPO. I left a voicemail Q for Jim G, but he is out for a couple more days. What do you know about this? It would be great if current JDX shareholders had first crack at the IPO. We likely could gain and Medsite could save on fees if they had the shares presubscribed.
