"Meet the Management" meeting July 20, 1999
The PanAmerican BanCorp "Meet the Management" meeting featuring Charles Vaccaro, President of PanAmerican BanCorp's Insider Trading, will take place on Tuesday, July 20, 1999 from 2-3pm EST. PanAmerican BanCorp invites shareholders and other interested parties to attend and participate in the meeting. Participants will be able to ask questions and receive answers in a real time chat with Mr. Vaccaro and PanAmerican BanCorp representatives, as well as view real time video of the meeting.
During the meeting, Mr. Vaccaro and PanAmerican BanCorp representatives will answer questions about Insider Trading services only, including Insider Trading day trading rooms and remote trading services. As the Insider Trading franchise memorandum (UFOC) is not yet finalized, Mr. Vaccaro and PanAmerican BanCorp representatives are not legally allowed to discuss this topic with the general public. Therefore, any questions asked about the Insider Trading franchise agreement, as well as any questions about other off-topic subjects, such as PABN financials, will be disregarded. Please note that all financial questions can be addressed to Ken Christian, Acting Chief Financial Officer, at the next Meet the Management meeting on August 24.
PanAmerican BanCorp reserves the right to immediately ban any participant using obscenity or exhibiting less than professional behavior The chat room will be monitored throughout the meeting. Questions for Mr. Vaccaro must be directed to the moderator privately, who will then post the question and answer publicly for all to see. Attendees will be able to view a list of all participants and can chat amongst each other via private messages. Any private messages to/from meeting participants other than Mr. Vaccaro will not be entered into the meeting transcript. Explicit directions on how to participate will be posted before the meeting.
The chat room will open prior to 2pm, however the room will not be monitored nor will PABN management be in attendance before 2pm. The room will be disabled 10 minutes after the close of the meeting.
Mr. Vaccaro and PanAmerican BanCorp will make every attempt to answer all questions during the meeting, however due to time constraints or technical difficulties, not all questions may be answered during the allotted time frame. A transcript of the official meeting log from 2-3pm will be posted by end of business on July 20, and all unanswered questions will be addressed in the transcript at a later date.
