I thought that I had previously explained how ALLN is buying shares. They are a mmkr, Investment Banker, hosts of the Billionaire Bigwig Parties in Sun Valley, ID!!! They don't play in stocks solely for the purpose of market making. That act as representatives for deep pocketed clientele.
Example: Say you have mucho dinero... more than you could possibly spend in a day... :0) We find this interesting little company, but you know that if you want to accumulate shares in the open market, you'll likely jack up the price beyond what you are willing to pay.
Hmmm... What if I hire an investment bank to accumulate my position for me, for a percentage of course. They can act as a Market Maker, buy it at the BID, rather than the ASK, like I would have to. Hmmmm... cheaper price.. As all of the poor less confident short-term traders and frightened current shareholders sell their stock, I will have ALLN sit on the high bid, ie.. be the mmkr offering the highest prices to the panic stricken masses (should I possibly SHORT the stock as well in initiate a panic to a more reasonable price??? hmmm.... could do that as well.. :0) but anyway I'll have my investment banker accumulate this position because he will force the other MMKR's to stand aside by outbidding them during the accumulation phase.
Then I will have my investment banker transferr the shares to my personal account as well possibly remain in the stock in order to support the price and prevent anyone else from manipulating the markets like I did... Need to protect my investment, y'know.)
Sergio, this is how it could happen. I'm not saying that it did happen this way, except for the fact that ALLN was consistently on the high bid for the the first 7-8 tradings days it made a market in GRNO.
I'm just a nobody, so you probably shouldn't listen to me. Your theory about ALLN selling shares would be true if they were "shorting" the stock.. ie.. selling shares they didn't own in hopes of buying them back cheaper.

The last time I checked ALLN was still a MMKR. Hmmm....
