Ed,

How about if we changed the proposition to the following:

Instead of a resignation, we would ask for someone like Jack or such as yourself to be appointed a director thus allowing the minority shareholders to be represented on the BoD.

That seems fair to me, doesn't it?

Said proposition could be obtained either by negotiations such as the ones we are having right now or by judicial intervention. Which one would you prefer?

The latter might be the only way to regain shareholder confidence besides the resignation of one or some of the directors.

Just trying to find a way we could help boost the confidence issue Ed.

Looking forward to any replies!

Kind regards
AK
