Company Press Release

COSMOZ.com, Inc. Today Announced That It has Purchased
the Remaining 51% Interest of Mbmagic

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 20, 1999--COSMOZ.com, Inc. (OTC BB:CMOZ -
news) today announced that it has purchased the remaining 51% interest of Mbmagic (http://mbmagic.com), a message board
community solutions provider.

MBMagic has achieved specific site development goals as well as specific traffic level goals to warrant the acquisition of the
remaining interest in the company.

MBMagic has recently added features that enable individuals to both create their own message boards as well as gain a variety of
control over the board they moderate. Webmasters have at their disposal a web headquarters (WebHQ(TM)) for their individual
board.

The WebHQ allows the webmasters to fully customize the look and feel of their message boards. Webmasters can include additional
HTML code to the message boards, use cascading style sheets and schedule advertising banners. Webmasters can also control
access to the board through a variety of controls. Most importantly, affiliate websites benefit from being profiled and promoted by
MBmagic.

Cosmoz.com recognizes that several investment forum services have message boards on the same stocks, but investors generally go
to the most active message boards first, such as SiliconInvestor.com which is owned by Go2Net (Nasdaq:GNET - news) and
RagingBull.com which is partly owned by CMGI Inc., (Nasdaq:CMGI - news). One of the Company's strategies is to use
MBmagic's turnkey solution to pool the message board traffic from hundreds of financial websites into the same stock forums
thereby creating the Largest Online Investment Message Board Service.

MBmagic is presently hiring additional staff to manage the website and to promote its affiliate program in addition to developing a
web-based chat service in Java.
