I see interviews on CNBC with CEOs all the time, they never disclose the details you insist they must. Bill Gates wrote a whole book and never disclosed this info.

I believe you are confusing the rules for paid touts with Officers and Directors, they are different. If you have a link to an SEC rule that says otherwise, I'd like to see it. As Roger pointed out, all his positions are fully disclosed in SEC filings.
