TheStreet.com article is by Herb Greenberg and raises questions about a questionable last day of the quarter fund transfer between Sabratek and Systle. What's the connection? Seems Systle was incorporated on June 28 (two days before end of quarter) by Charles K. Stewart (aka AWRE Chairman and 5% beneficial owner of AWRE). That's the only comment in the article that Charles Stewart is connected to both companies.
