I would look to build a position in WCII as well - ESPECIALLY going into the summer unveiling (and rumored eventual spinoff) of WinStar's CBS co-branded/owned Office.com. With CBS's promotion, my sense is this thing will rock, as WELL as drive WCII network traffic through Millenium II.

Going into their Aug 13th earnings, WCII's standard telco metrics shouldn't be too shabby either. And we have more and more institutions getting involved. This will eventually be a must own stock (that tuned-in folk can own now). If the market continues it's later summer weakness, you might be able to get in lower 50s, though there several insts have recently been accumulating.
