Teflon, I too was expecting a selloff after earnings, as I indicated Friday. However, what I wanted to see today is the exact action and the exact level of selling. The first natural line of defense for MSFT is the level of its former high of 95. However, please note that nasdaq is down by 60. This is the market, and the market reaction to earnings (only INTC and now - one of my faves QCOM escaped the trend). Longer term, I think MSFT business is excellent based on the latest report. Short term, however, a sell off is expected.
