While I empathize with Rene and her problem, her bashing of the USA for this one shortcoming is becoming tiresome. As a US citizen I was not guaranteed any shares of the ENGA IPO, and if I understand the rules correctly, even as a citizen I would not qualify if I was residing out of the country. Also, my privileges are surely limited when I visit or deal with other countries. One prime example is Mexico. I can not own real property there and the protections afforded me through their legal system are nil. I am sure that as a foreigner I would face some type of discrimination in Britain, Germany, France (especially France), etc. Last, but not least, because I am an American I am a target of terrorists no matter where I go. At least Rene is permitted to take part in 99% of the market and she should be thankful for that. Sorry, but I just had to vent. Regards, Jim
