I know that and so do most here, and I am not confusing this with the other discussion here and on RBULL about 144's.
I've nothing to do with that, but it certainly explains the price movement of the last few days!
No the issue I am concerned with is the fact that two companies,
seemingly unconnected, ended up in this business in a similar way,
with a highly ORIGINAL name, which I dont believe anyone would
believe was conceived of independently, but it conceivably might
have,and which will present future liabilities the closer the
TLTG look alike comes to replicating the TLTG site completely,
and especially if it goes public.
The other issue is who the hell is Stockreporter.de. I have asked the
question over and over here and I dont seem to be able to find out.
I have a confession to make also that I should have pointed out that tho' I am LONG on Tltg, I sold my shares when I raised the first issue,planning to go back in if I got satisfactory answers, but before
that could happen was swamped by the Stockreporter.de effect. I am
a buyer once the issues are resolved to my satisfaction!!
Actually a statement from the auditors about Teltran would do some
good!!! If someone independent of the company could look at the issue and say that there is no exposure presented and explain the "coincidence" I'd be happy with that. I am not an unreasonable person!!
