Switching server option - Cutomer Support at 1-800-498-8068 gave me the cntl-alt-n key sequence. I've seen it mentioned before on this thread, and in the onelist emails. I guess that it goes through a list of servers, but don't know that. There are at least three server locations I can name (herndon, mtnview and stclara) and each may have multiple servers.

To tell which server you're connected to, look at the bottom center right of your Qcharts screen. Mine says stclara-r01.quote.com. I used to always be connected to herndon, but recently it's been mtnview. The switch took me to stclara.

If you aren't a member of qcharts@onelist.com, I recommend joining. It's free for Qcharts subscribers.

As to where to find more help, the only avenues I know are the Help which you are using, this thread, onelist.com and the 800 number. My knowledge is really quite limited, but usually someone here or on onelist helps out.

Good luck.
