I must agree....the Millionaire Next Door struck me as being a rather dull sort. I happen to be a bit of a cross-breed. I have owned the same Mercedes Sedan for nearly 30 years and while it has several shades of sunfade blue, and more of rust, it still runs well and I have no intention or need to sell it after 475,000 miles. OTH, I flew a Turbo Saratoga for some years for both business and recreation, but when the business need went away, the plane remained an extravagance I could not part with. On that topic, I can recall many times when, inspite of some personal inconvenience to myself and others with me, I stood down due to concern about flight conditions. In nearly 3,000 flight hours, KOW, I've never had an equipment malfunction of any kind and I've never been lost or disoriented.

BTW, I'm still trailing Lindy by a good bit...a very good bit...which I'm hoping to change in time to educate those grandkids I mentioned several thousand posts back.
