I suspect that a breakthrough is not far off... in their May 10 NR ESI said that results of their wellhead water cut probe would be announced after June testing was completed. In June 24 they announced new contracts for $500 thousand and an exclusive distribution agreement with IIS of Australia. Then on June 28 ESI announces an order from Vaisala Inc. to supply the U.S Air Force to supply sensors for their TACMET system AND a contract with the Canadian government for Dept of Defense to supply sensors to assist in land mine detection. Add this to all their previous announcements and things are starting to mount up
