John, Voice over IP Telephony industry is just that. You use the Internet to make long distance calls. The leaders of the industry are leaning toward this, as it will probably be the most common way of making a long distant call in the future. It's just a physical limitation with this modem as it was probably not designed for VoIP? You'll have to ask Hatim I don't know. Maybe they have something in the works, as there are modems out there that can transfer both DATA and VoIP. But not as fast with the data.. IWILL does have the fastest transfer rates so far which is an amazing achievement. Doubling up on others gets you close to the speed. Im just thinking of situation where turning your corporate intrAnet into a corporate telephone network. This is a telco line of thinking. IWILL is A bridge, a fast one at that!!!
