Of course...do you think I dont know that...but do you think I am happy with that....I am not....I do not see how both can co-exist together in the same business (essentially) with the same name(bar an "s") and same business objectives, and especially if the "lookalike" makes moves to look a lot more like the other......They are of future concern to the integrity of TLTG and present an exposure to the TLTG shareholders. I have not been convinced otherwise but I do have an open mind!!!! Perhaps they should be asked to declare that they will not compete in the future in business areas covered by TLTG, and that they will not try to IPO with a name so similar to TLTG. I am perhaps being naieve but some concrete efforts are due now to prevent the issue becoming a future problem. If people cant see this is a real issue, I feel really concerned for TLTG....It's as plain as the screen at the end of your nose!!! How about I start up International Business Machine, without the "s" with the same or similar Articles and Memorandum???? If TLTG were trading at $100 and the other guy suddenly announced an IPO, what do you see then????
