Rene -- I've always appreciated your opinions on this thread. But, dood, you've got to let this one go. You should be thanking your stars that ENGA is here today to cover your CMGI ass-ets. With the Nasdaq down ~85 today, there's only one reason why your screen shows CMGI in the green. It's Engage. It's a US stock trading on a US exchange (I invite you to reflect on what the "N" in Nasdaq stands for...) under US regulations. We don't live under a global nation state. It's a federated world with different governments... If this matter is of primal importance to you, one might suggest changing your citizenship... Regardless, while I somewhat have sympathy for your plight (somewhat), I think it's time to move on from this. Life isn't fair. Markets aren't perfect. If ENGA tanks down to $5 can we come complaining to you that it was unfair you were prevented from losing money? I continue to wish you good luck and hope you'll continue to post here.
