I am not sure what the next step is but this is what I think based on the posts by the IGC ... But IF you really want my DD with posts as the underlying basis here it is. You know the voices of the DF have really been knowledgeable of future SEC events. Wonder why? Plus instead of focusing on the facts and the ones who did the wrong doings, innuendoes have been used to establish a conspiracy on the ones trying to do what is right and get it trading again. SEC loves a good conspiracy whether true or not. Wonder if a convenient wisdom and logic complaint was made by a lot of people to get the halt. Now this is from the beginning as you progress make note of the events. There may really be something is these posts.
However, the key in the end was to blame me and others for this scenario. I did not sell out nor have not taken any compensation.

On May 6, 1998 IG for the second time convinced me out of friendship to sell part of my large accumulation in warrants I had. I sold 20K at .15, which I had bought on March 18, 1998 for .17 (a .02 loss) this was one of the very few sells I made and it sticks out like a sore thumb in my trading logs. On May 14,1998 I was asked if I would assist the secretary in news releases… I immediately called my mentor (IG) and was told absolutely there was no harm in assisting. I expressed I had never done it before so he gave me a phone number of someone who would be more than happy to assist me.
I also discussed with Dan about the Preferred Series "A" he mentioned in the last release. Dan told me he was looking into it all that but he still needed money to build the plant. I asked him why he did not lower the exercise price of the warrants and that might get the needed capital if they had all the great upcoming news that was suppose to come (9M warrants @ .50 would be $4.5M enough to build the plants). Please note I was totally ignorant of arbitrage making that statement/suggestion. Dan said he would consider that along with the plan he had for the Series "A".
Please note: I discussed this with my mentor (IG) and one of his friends on a conference call and they agreed. heck IG even stated he would exercise the warrants, However, later changed his mind and wanted the common at $5.00 first. Reducing the warrants exercise price made sense to us because we were ignorant of arbitrage. I was excited. I thought Arcon would get the money to finish several plants. WRONG! ARBITRAGE!
On May 15,1998 we received the IG blessing “Accumulating in the silence and holding for a long time” post wonder if he loaded up with warrants after hearing I was going to start editing news releases …

When the slander of accusing me on the phone of being paid by Midl (10K of P and $2500.00 a month) he resorted to a stock purchase I made off the open Market in CNHH. Now he knew of this back when it was offered to me and he did not want any of it. Remember he was my mentor I would call Alan on everything. He stated he had thought of buying stock from the company and felt it was legal back then. Well after talking to an attorney I did buy it but I did not pay for it because I wanted good delivery prior to paying money.
That did not wash either. The stock was returned in consideration for the debt.
