Hummmmm I found the following on the Raging Bull Message board ragingbull.com >>It seems that Top Image has been adversely affected by an SEC investigation which mentioned the company in its charges against a Miami brokerage firm. This is really a bum rap. I bought Top Image at its high about two years ago. Shortly thereafter, a Florida broker issued a glowing report(not sure if it was the same outfit). Top Image then totally disassotiated itself from the report and the stock price collapsed. I just cannot believed that this company should be tarnished by the unauthorized activities of an unscrupulous investment house. Although, apparently, lightning does strike the same target twice.<< ------------ I agree with the author of this message as I've seen nothing in the way they (Top Image) conduct themselves that would lead me to believe they're dirty.
