The burned out buildings have been demolished and cleaned up (with the exception of one towards the south which is covered and may be salvagible). The entrance has also been cleaned up. There seems to be some construction preparations going on as well. Outstanding, I believe is around 550 million. I have not called the transfer agent so understand this is second hand information. I also think that around 20% is held in friendly hands. James
