As far as I can see, LMKI has not had any financial filings with the SEC, so potential investors would not know if this company is for real or merely hype. Under the current phase-in schedule on the OTC BB, LMKI is not required to have their financials filed with and approved by the SEC until January 3, 2000. Caveat emptor
