SUMMER PROGRAM COMMENCES AT
FERGUSON LAKE, NUNAVUT, CANADA

Starfield Resources Inc. (“Starfield”) is pleased to report that the Summer exploration program has commenced at the Ferguson Lake Nickel-Copper-Cobalt-Platinum-Palladium property. The Company's Ferguson Lake property is located 240 kilometers west of Rankin Inlet in Canada's Nunavut Territory and covers an area of 26,000 hectares.

The current program, budgeted at $700,000, includes further electromagnetic and magnetic surveys to define extensions to the mineralized horizon that has a present known strike length of 9 kilometers. The geophysics will also better delineate the fold structures, presently seen at depth, in preparation for diamond drilling.

The Company is currently awaiting results from a microscopic ore study to determine distribution of the various elements occurring in the Ferguson Lake massive sulphide mineralization.

ON BEHALF OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

“Glen Macdonald”

Glen Macdonald, P.Geol.
Director
