Correct..an opinion. I love MDMI. I've held positions in it longer than any other holding. Back to the days when it just came out of bankruptcy. But there is no excuse why we should have to wait for a NASD madated Jan 2000 deadline to see this company meet SEC reporting requirements. I own a shell, WITH NO REVENUES, that manages to file their Qs and Ks on time. MDMI should as well. BTW, today's Pimp was some newsletter called "Penny Potential". It was probably them loading up yesterday in advance...JMHO TG
