Old news, Auric. Anybody reading ATG's SEC filings for the past 2 years knew about the suit, and the results were reported in its recent 10K and in some earlier filings made when the suit was finally settled. I certainly have known about it for a while. The issue has been discussed on the Yahoo message board eons ago. In essence, it represented a cheap way to settle up with a problem shareholder and get rid of a nettlesome lawsuit. And it was definitely appropriate for ATG to treat a portion of the settlement as a corporate obligation. The issue, as I understand it, was settling up with one of the major initial shareholders (Rosenschaft) who caused problems for the Company about the time Rittereiser took management control of the Company back from Tate, et al. (after the initial PHLX debacle). IMHO, it is as meaningless as your 144 posts, and was "factored" into the stock price months and months ago.
