Yes, I believe you to be quite right. It is not the stuff of permanance for any company though. How long it will last for AOL, who knows - as long as it takes AOL subscribers to discover there are better ways to access the NET. That is slowly happening.

Yes, you have to hand it to AOL to remain up when so many fundamentals are down. I think those that hold the shares up are subscribers who do not yet know the alternatives. Val
