Interesting day on the Street. No one ever knows exactly why things start to go south in this market - but I think one factor is that Mighty Microsoft mentioned a Year 2000 slowdown yesterday. Slowdown, shmodown, just wait until everyone in the universe realizes that they are going to have to patch Win 95, Win 98, Win NT, Explorer....

Oh, and that is just the software that Microsoft is bothering to fix.
