Isee3D  will  be   the   exclusive   3-D   video   content   provider   for
www.woodstock.com,  the  official Web site of the Woodstock '99 music event
in Rome, N.Y., July 23 to 26. Woodstock '99 is a celebration of the 30-year
anniversary  of  the  original  Woodstock  in 1969 and features some of the
hottest acts in  music.  Woodstock  '99  is  expected  to  be  one  of  the
best-attended live events of the decade.
ISee3D will film many hours of  behind  the  scenes  content  in  order  to
document  this  historical  event  in  3-D for streaming on the Internet at
www.woodstock.com. The companies have an agreement to share in all revenues
derived from the 3-D content.
Gary Oberman, president of ISee3D stated, "The accessibility to all aspects
of  this  monumental event through the Internet provides our company with a
vast global market to view our content, not only when it is first  streamed
in the third quarter of this year, but for many years to come."
