Here's something that could support any buyout rumor: There has been no insider selling at CUBE in the last ten months - and there has been both a significant down and up draft within that time range.

SEC forbids any officers or significant ("in the loop") employees to engage in any buying or selling of the target/acquisition company during the negotiations.

Just food for thought - I know of NO rumors.
