Views on Insider Sales: What do you think of 5 insiders selling 350K shares at $29 recently. The more I think about this, the more I get concerned. If it was 1 insider selling - may be for personal reasons - but 5 and 350K shares is not a small sum - at 66% off its high. Still trades at something like 7-8X trailing revenues and 4-5 X 1997 revenues. Maybe cheap on a PE basis but if earnings come in at $1.10 for 1997 = 55% growth = significant slowdown; PE should be 30X = $33. On the other hand, new products look promising and if frame relay can hold up, maybe $40 this year. On the sidelines until picture gets clearer.
