THe poor schmucks should do some DD before they buy based on a PR. From the volume, it is clear that the daytraders got ahold of this thing and put it in play. I can hardly feel sorry for them.

Nor do I think that FSTW did anything wrong. They stated they had a contract with a particular group within MSFT. They admitted to you the details when you asked them. They have no obligation to disclose the terms of the deal in the PR.
