You make what appears to be your first post on this thread inquiring if anyone has an opinion of the pricing for the offering. Then you reply, how can anyone know. Then you suggest 140-160, postulating that the company or the underwriters would sell the shares for $23 below today's close--perhaps the most ignorant thing I have seen in a long time. And, you can't even identify the offering correctly; it is not a "secondary" but a primary offering because the issuer is selling the stock and getting the money. Maybe you should go back to the Naked Truth thread.

The offer will be made at the highest price the underwriters and the company think will sell and not disrupt the market either upwards or downwards. The high today was around 167, and the stock has been rising steadily for weeks. It therefore seems reasonable to set the offering price a little above today's close.
