You are wrong to claim that I will not affirm that insiders have sold shares. I already conceded that with my previous reply, and I explicitly say "yes" here and now. Strike one.

You are wrong that it does not matter why they sell shares. When an officer or director owns in excess of 1,500,000 shares and sells 20,000 or 50,000 here or there to maintain his family's lifestyle, he is not "bailing." Strike two.

You are wrong to imply that I have acted as some kind of cheerleader. I leave the hype -- long or short -- to you and your band of glib gadflies. Strike three.
