Howard: I think I see it a bit different than you. What I see is a delicate situation, basically complying satisfactorily with the SEC, in as short a period of time as possible, start trading again, in as short a period of time as possible, and getting off the SEC radar. IMHO I would not focus on the concept "will we trade on the 22nd" but on the concept "will we trade in the OTC-BB?", and the next question is then "if so, when?".(1) I hope to see this Co trading ASAP, though I doubt this will be on the 22nd. From what is written in posts from fellow shareholders who have been able to communicate with the Co. I gather that they are focusing singlemindedly on this So more than to get into rage fits, I suggest you cross your fingers and hope that we can get through this complicated situation "in one piece". To round my thoughts up: I see this Co. in the middle of a transformation from a "semi public Co." into a "public Co.". It seems to be a painful learning process in the "school of hard knocks". I believe we will soon trade again in the OTC-BB. (1) re: USAT, DCTC
